Lowes Saga, Part 6
So I have given up on getting this taken care of on the local level. I have also seen that emailing Lowes via their website does NO good. So I called their customer help line from the website. I gave them my sad little story and they took some additional information from me. After getting all of that down they said they would have a manager call me back with in 24 to 48 hours. I wish I could say I could count on this… but I can not. So far Lowes has utterly failed when it comes to being responsive to my needs as a customer.
