Singing Squirells!

So here I am at work, working along, minding my own business and I hear this high pitched voice from across the room. I dont know what it is... but I know someone somewhere is listening to some video or audio on the internet. I shrug and go back to work. Well I keep hearing this voive... over the next few days and finally I see what it is its a singing Squirell, and man does he have an attitude!

d20 Warhammer 40,000

There are few things that will bring tears to a gamers eye like when you take a good setting and couple it with a good rule set. The d20 Warhammer 40,000 is just that. Its one of the most fun settings around and it has been addapted to the d20 rule set which works very well in this instance.

I doubt I will ever get to play this, but I hope by posting this others will see it and know the joy of d20 Warhammer 40,000

As you enter the dungeon you find a small club...

My buddy Mel showed me this webcomic, VG Cats. This particular one is not typical of our D&D sessions however I have played in some that are like this.

I am adding this comic to my daily rotation. So far I have found it to be really funny. I hope you enjoy it too.

Blood Bowl Meets Foxtrot

I was reading over FoxTrot and it was hard not to think of blood bowl when I saw that cartoon.

Enjoy.

Music: Skindred

Have you ever heard a song and like it or not... it stuck with you? it just keeps playing over and over in your head. Well I have this song 'Nobody' by Skindred in my head. Lucky for me I like the song. But I really need it to stop playing over and over up there... its driving me batty.

This group is new to me, I like the sound its sort of a Rage Against the Machine, 311, Raggae mix.

More D20 goodness

Yes I am know I am slacking on this whole posting thing...

Anyhow we played D&D again last night. And once again... I had a good time! I'm not sure why but I just REALLY like doing D&D on the battle mat. Last night we further explored the dungeon we were in. I made it to 4th level. I am not sure how I made it to 4th when no one else did however. I checked my math, and it was solid, so I don't know why I have more exp.

Anyhow... We were exploring this dungeon, and we run across these really nasty undead monsters called Black Skeletons. Now you would think a Skeleton of any hue would be pretty easy... not these. We barely beat them. If we would have died it would have been due to our own stupidity. Oh well live and learn I guess.
